We use only strictly necessary cookies (e.g., the session of a logged-in company manager). Without these the site doesn't work, so under GDPR no consent is required for them.

With your consent we load the Meta Pixel (ID 210844611664905) from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. The pixel records page views and application submissions; the data is sent to Meta and is used for ad-performance measurement and audience-based advertising. Meta typically stores it for up to 24 months.

When you submit an application to an ad, our server automatically records two technical details alongside the form data: the IP address the application was sent from and the browser identifier (User-Agent), which indicates the browser, operating system and device type, for example phone or computer. We do not collect precise location, device identifiers or a browser fingerprint. Purpose: preventing abuse and fake or bulk applications, and proof that an application was submitted should a dispute arise. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use these details for profiling or marketing and we do not pass them to the employer who published the ad. Only authorised Jobbit staff responsible for running the system can access them. Retention: we keep the IP address and browser identifier for 30 days from submission, after which they are deleted automatically and permanently. This period applies to these two technical details only. Our infrastructure providers (hosting and database) briefly log the IP addresses of visits in their technical and security logs. We do not use those logs to identify individuals.
